Inmagic^® DB/Text V15 Service Pack 1 README

This service pack is available for all clients running Inmagic^® DB/Text v15.

Fixed in This Release

• Addressed an error using Write Report to File or Send Report as Mail with Rich Text Format (RTF) [8008]
• Addressed an issue where upgrading a textbase for use with v15 could rename (append a 1 or _1) to one or more form names [8010]

Installation

To install DB/Text v15 Service Pack 1, perform the following tasks:

1. Have everyone exit DB/TextWorks.

2. Unzip the Service Pack files into a folder outside of the DB/TextWorks installation folder.

3. Copy the DBTEXT32.exe and DBTEN15.DLL files into DB/TextWorks installation folder (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\Inmagic\DBTextWorks).

4. Edit the DBTEXT.INI file using Notepad, and add/modify this section so it appears as follows:

   [ServicePackInfo]
   ServicePack=1
